Terms of Service

These terms describe responsible use of AI Lead Intelligence ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Purpose of the application

The app helps users import and manage lead contact information, research selected leads using web sources, and create AI-assisted outreach email drafts. Import options include business card photos, spreadsheets, Google Sheets, and QR contact details. Users can supply instructions and optionally include uploaded reference PDF context.

With a connected Gmail account, users can review and edit drafts, add attachments, save changes to Gmail, confirm sending, and import or synchronize draft and sent email records. The app assists your work; it does not replace your judgment or establish permission to contact anyone.

2. Your data and content responsibilities

You are responsible for the lead data, contact information, photos, files, instructions, signature details, attachments, and email content you submit. Only upload or use information that you have the right and a lawful basis to process and share with the services needed for the selected feature.

Check extracted contact details and recipient addresses before using them. Respect confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy rights, applicable marketing rules, and recipients' requests not to be contacted. The presence of a contact in the app or a public web source does not establish consent to receive outreach.

3. Review emails before sending

You must review AI-generated emails before sending them. Verify factual statements, personalization, tone, claims, recipients (including Cc and Bcc), links, signatures, and attachments. Correct or remove information you cannot substantiate.

The app provides an editor and a send-confirmation step. You remain responsible for the final message you approve and send. Draft creation is not evidence that an email has been sent or delivered, and a successful Gmail send response does not guarantee recipient delivery or a reply.

4. AI and web research limitations

AI-generated text and web research can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or associated with the wrong person or company. Source availability and quality vary. Missing information should remain "Not found" or be supplied from verified evidence, not treated as a fact or guessed.

Review the lead fields, instructions, research, and optional PDF excerpts shown before drafting. Verify important statements against reliable sources. Automated validation and evidence review reduce avoidable mistakes but do not guarantee accuracy, legal compliance, business results, or suitability for a particular purpose.

5. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Send spam, phishing, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or harassing messages.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
  • Upload unlawfully obtained contacts, confidential materials without authorization, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Access another user's data or Gmail account without permission, bypass access controls, or disclose credentials.
  • Abuse automation, evade provider limits, or disrupt the app or its connected services.

6. Connected services and their terms

The app relies on Lovable Cloud for application hosting and data services, Google OAuth for authorized Google account access, Gmail for mail operations, Google Sheets for lead spreadsheet operations, and configured n8n workflows for automation and AI-assisted processing.

Your use of connected services is also subject to their applicable terms, policies, permissions, and limits. See the Google Terms of Service and Gmail Program Policies. These terms do not override those requirements.

Gmail access requires your Google OAuth consent. Compose permissions support draft creation, editing, and confirmed sending; read access supports mail import and status synchronization. You can revoke access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops authorized Gmail operations but does not itself remove records already stored in the app.

7. Account access, suspension, and availability

Protect your account and use only accounts and connections you are authorized to control. Do not share credentials or attempt to circumvent authentication or data-access restrictions.

Availability depends on the app and its connected providers. Maintenance, errors, revoked permissions, provider restrictions, rate limits, or suspended third-party accounts can interrupt features. Uninterrupted service is not promised.

Misuse can result in access restrictions under applicable provider policies. The application operator's own suspension, notice, appeal, and termination procedures require confirmation; this page does not imply that a particular automated enforcement process exists.

8. Stopping use and data handling

You may stop using the app and revoke Google access. Stopping use or disconnecting Gmail is not the same as deleting your account or stored app data. No automatic account-deletion or retention deadline is promised here.

Deleting an imported email record from the app does not delete the Gmail message, its associated lead, or other email records. Draft-management actions that remove a Gmail draft are separate from app-only record deletion. Review each action's confirmation before proceeding.

For details about account information, lead contacts, uploaded files, Gmail data, processing, and available deletion actions, read the Privacy Policy. Account closure and any data-handling requirements beyond the documented controls should be confirmed with the operator.

9. Contact and details awaiting confirmation

Questions about these terms should be directed to the application operator. A public contact email or other contact channel has not yet been supplied, so this page does not provide an unverified address.

The operator's legal identity, public contact channel, governing law or jurisdiction, effective date, and operator-specific suspension and account-termination procedures require confirmation. No company identity, postal address, or dispute-resolution arrangement is assumed here.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the app changes. Review this page for the current text. The operator's effective date and process for notifying users of material changes remain to be confirmed.
